I just need to know what the cons are of eating fast digesting carbs.

Eat fast digesting carbs only after your workout, or at least try to limit them as much as you can any other time of the day. They are good for glicogen replenishment after a workout, but will give short bursts of energy and then you kinda crash.Taking too much of them will fill up ur glicogen stores and the rest will go to the fat cells.
