Unhappy Lower back pain?

My lower back has been killing me lately. It seems that the muscles in my lower back have been locked in place for over 4 days now. No pain in my legs, just my lower back and an occasional butt-cheek. I went to the chiropractor and this has not helped. It is driving me nuts. No relief from sitting or laying down. The pain is a 7 on a 1-10 scale. I have not done anything odd, just woke up in the morning and had this pain. Has anyone had this problem?

Dont sit on wallet.

Give the chiro some time to work out.

Look up the "cat stretch" for Yoga. Helps me out.

I know it sounds a little funny, but stretching your hip flexors can help ease lower back pain. Have chiro pull hips too. I have some insane hip issues and that alleviates a ton of my pain.

Is it a dull lower back pain that comes after you been lifting stuff (dont have to be weights)?

Some lower back problems can be due to bad posture. Work on this if you need to as it really can throw your body off and make things worse as you age. Learn to stabilize the low back using leg and abdominal muscles.

The most common cause of lower back pain is weakened Abdominal muscles which can be created by tight hip flexors and erector spinae muscles. To stimulate the weakened Abdominals rub your inner thigh as there is neuro-lymphatic reflex there which increases the strength of the muscle - combine this with abdominal exercises (not sit-ups) and the Abdominals will strengthen. Stretch the Hip Flexors and the Erector Spinae before you do the Abdominal exercise. This will strengthen the low back although you may need to get the lower spine moving freely also for permanent relief.

Physical Therapy will fix you up in a jiffy, don't waste any more money on the chiropractor.
