    How fast should I gain?

I've been bulking now for about 7 weeks and have consistently gained about 1.5 lbs/week. From what I've been reading your body can only put on about 0.5 lbs of muscle every week. Am I gaining too fast? Should I take my calories down some?

If you feel that you are gaining fat then you should definitely slow it down.

Thanks, this article helped a lot. My scale says I have gone from 12.5% bf to 16.0%, so I am definitely gaining fat, tho I don't really know how reliable the scale is.

gaining 2/lbs a week has nothign to do with sups ulness its a pro hormone or steriod, when you first hit the weights youll notice dramatic gains, but it will slow down, if your getting bigger without gaining too much fat why complain dude? just keep it up
