I just got really lazy after my last season of wrestling in spring '07 (moved back to the middle east, so no real sports) and packed on almost 50 pounds.

Now I'm just trying to cut down to about 8/9-ish% bf....I don't think I'm going to do a 'bulk/cut' cycle afterwards like a lot of other people do. I'll probably just continue to eat clean but with a caloric excess so I can put on more muscle without packing on the fat again.
