Need guidance for Creatine use for cardio & weight training
Hi guys & gals,
Need some advise on use of creatine.
Just a bit of background first. I'm doing HIIT in the morning and then in the afternoon I'm doing my weights session. I do this for 3 days straight then have a complete day off, then start again. My HIIT lasts 20 mins and weights about an hour.
I've just started my loading phase and was told by the sales guy that I can take creatine for the cardio also. Is this correct? Also, I've taken creatine before my cardio today (the whole daily amount). Should I have split it into at least two "dosages", one before cardio and one before weights?
