Just starting Dog Crap Training. Has anyone had success with this program?

i tried a modified dc training program and it worked really well for me

The Extreme Stretching is good stuff.
I don't follow the plan itself, rather I use the tenet of rest-pause quite a bit with good results.

DoggCrapp is an amazing program IF you follow it. Too many people try and change it up and wonder why the hell aint it working like its supposed to. Dont change it and follow it precisely. Awesome for strength!!
