    Help!!

    On second day on keto and now i keep gettin mild headaces, brainfreeze like all the time i get up from sitting down, and my eyes have become very senstive to light. Is this normal?

    Aww, that's not so bad! When you begin to experience death as a side-effect, then you can start to worry.

    Wait a while and see if time exacerbates those symptoms. I'm willing to bet by the end of the week you'll be fine. I think the more dependent you were on carbs before the worse you'll feel when you switch to a ketogenic diet. You'll get more benefits from keto, though, if you just stick it out.
