Back in high school I was a 170 foot (51.5 meters) discus thrower.

i broke 200 once in the jav while in college-- threw consistantlly in the 180 range

threw disc back in highschool in the 140's.... i recently bought a 2.2kg one for practice. i have yet to go out and use it though. IMO its the coolest event out there. perfect combination of technique and strength.

I throw shot and disc, but im going into college and might try javelin/hammer as well.

Not too good at shot but i lost 5 feet in it cause i didnt lift for 4 months in track.. but then again disc went up while i lost strength... missed going to state by 2 friccen feet..... pissed me off
