I'm confused!!
All these different produces really confuse me. I know nothing about all this muscle gain stuff so I need help. I am fat but I'm working really hard to lose it, I've lost 34 pounds so far but I want to gain massive amount of muscle but I heard that protein shacks make u gain weight. What do I need to take (pills/shacks/etc.) to help me gain muscle and maybe lose fat or at least not make me gain fat. So what should I take starting today from morning to night, pre-workout and post-workout, whatever I need to do. Thanx!!
