Felt pretty decent in the gym today. My chest was still very sore from Sunday and it took a little while to loosen it up.
Saw some co-workers I hadn't seen in a few months and several of them mentioned how much bigger I looked

Day 32&33

Wrap-up:
One day was supposed to be an off-day and the other a lift day, but they both ended up being off-days.
With school(teaching) having started on Wednesday, calling the offense for the JV team Thursday, and calling the offense for the Varsity last night in our first games, and trying to spend a little time with my family, I never did make it to the gym
So it ended up being back-to-back off-days, which might not be such a bad thing.

Not a great day in the gym, but I have nothing or no one to blame but myself. I just didn't have my mind right when I was in there.
My first game as the Varsity Offensive Coordinator at my new school did not go as well as I would have liked. We played pretty poorly in the first half and ended up losing 22-44. I have let it carry over to my workout and in my personal life the last couple of days, which is never a good thing.

Wrap-up:
Really good workout last night. The extra rest really showed itself today. I hit some very high #'s on my lifts with relative ease. The 225x5 incline was easier than it has ever been for me.
I have some extreme soreness today. Vascularity continues to be excellent and strength is continuing to go up. I weighed in this morning and was at 187. How I continue to drop weight while eating excess cals and carbs still amazes me........

I did see that and can't say that I am really surprised.
I also saw the response you guys gave, which was very professional (not that I would expect anything else). I have assumed all along that the amount in m-stak (and other products) is less than the minimum detection level RK is using, but am waiting to see this verified.

Wrap-up:
So, today was my last day on Test and i thought it would be fitting to start my new routine day. I picked it up over at animalpak.com. It is a 5 day split, and I am looking forward to getting into it.
I was definitely getting stronger on the 5x5, but I could feel my stamina slowly decreasing so I decided to mix it up.
I'll be posting a final review in the next few days.
