Cottage Cheese Improvement
I just found Polaner All Fruit (both strawberry and raspberry) and I add it to one cup of cottage cheese, it tastes delicious! It's really good, honest. For one tablespoon it has 40 calories, and 10 carbs, I know it may alot for some people but I've been living on cottage cheese for the last four weeks and I had to find something to help it out! At least all of the sugar (9g) is natural...bottom line, it tastes great!!!
Anything to help get down cottage cheese is a good thing!

I love mixing fresh fruit chunks with cottage cheese, so that sounds really good to me.
If you've never tried tomato chunks (or grape or cherry tomtatoes) with a teaspoon of French dressing, give that a try, too.

I have been eating the plain stuff for years. I kind of grew accustomed to the flavor. I know, call me weird.

In that I'm sodium sensative I just cannot find a lo/no fat, LOW sodium cottage cheese in Maine. That said, FF ricotta cheese is easy to find. What many people either don't know or may have forgotten is that sweetened ricotta cheese is the main filing for the *bows head* killer Italian dessert cannoli.
A stevia pack, some nuts, maybe some cocoa powder, some cinnamon/nutmeg/vanilla.... its good stuff.

All these sound good,
I eat it but always look for ways to make it better, never been a huge fan but the casein protein is worth it. Think it has always been the texture of it, to me.
I always used pear, peach or apple pieces. New ideas now.. Thanks folks..

I've been looking hi & lo for it. Unfortunately none of the coops or supermarkets carry the low sodium CC from Friendship....

Next time you go shopping ask them if they know any other chains who carry it,
because they make it just have to find who Carry's it.

Its good I second but I prefer fresh fruit or better savory
olive oil and and pepper, hot sauce, bits of ham or turkey
in any case I love cottage cheese , I can find "Cabot" from vermont in my supermarket and it's absolutely delicious..
You can make it yourself , very easy and very quick to make about 1lb
without salt

take a medium very ripe tomato, hollow it ,fill with the cottage cheese drizzle olive oil pepper and some chopped basil
you can mix in a little feta or goat cheese to change the flavor a bit

X2. I use to actually make my own Cottage Cheese back when I was a drinking man. I would just come home with a good drunk on, pour a big glass of milk, go to bed and within a half hour get the spins, get up and blow 2 to 3 cups of cottage cheese right into the big white porcelain bowl

I wish I could have purchased stock in cottage cheese 14 years ago when I started eating it. I really don't like, even with green eggs and ham! I just shovel it down and get it out of the way. I've tried everything from syrup to cayenne pepper. It's better to just shovel it down and then have a spoon of peanut butter to help forget about it...

I take it straight up, mixed with fruit, gonna try some of the hot sauce ideas here! In general I have always liked the stuff!
