    Make the sauce with lots of meat, some stock and just enough tomato to colour it, mushrooms, celery or fennel, olives and lots of italian herbs. Pour over some mashed cauliflower or other veg, top with lots of Parmesan cheese.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

    Eggs bolognese is pretty good too


    And parmesan is the best cheese you can use on any kind of eggs IMO
