By my own accord Ive been eating a higher fat diet for quite awhile now (3+mo) and had some pretty fantastic physique changes along the way
However, I've started craving fat, especially if I haven't had much for the day.
Like, I was putting a little butter in a pan to cook up some eggs yesterday and suddenly the stick of butter looked delicious, so I ate a tablespoon or so, fantastic.
Last week I had a block of cream cheese in the fridge, I ate 3 quarters of it, which was all that was left... with a spoon.
I love me some cheese, sure do
