hey there,
I was just wondering, what the daily diet would be for the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo in order to have his physiques (no homo). Calorie wise, and how much intake of protein carbs, etc.
As well as the type of meals per day,
hope someone can help!

guys, ive seen a Manchester United training session its insane. usually they have two trainings during the day with sprints, endurance exercises, game on a small field etc etc. and after the first training in the morning cristiano and many of the other players go to the gym. he does not count anything and barely sticks to any diet (he often eats out at restautants and cafes) but the mere fact that he has extremly fast metabolism and runs more than 30miles per week (even more when there is Champions league game and a game from the premier league within 6days period) is engough to be around 7-8% bf
