SykosouL's Rippetoe Journal
I started my Rippetoe yesterday and I'm feelin it today. I'm 26 yrs old, I am 5'9" and weight 222, I was at 256 so I have lost 34 pounds in the last 3 months. Here is my first day of Rippetoe!
Workout A
Squat 3x5 310
Bench Press 3x5 200
Deadlift 1x5 300
I start workout B tomorrow

no one is replying so I don't know if I'm doin this right but hey it helps me keep on track anyway.

You're supposed to up your lifts each workout, next workout A try 315 on squat, 205 on bench and 310 on deadlift.

Lift as much as you can without going to failure. But you should start below that so you don't stall right away.

I haven't read it, someone told me to try it so I'm trying it the best I know until people tell me what I'm doing wrong and then I fix the problem. If u have any advice please give it, I have never done body building before so I really need help. I just bought some cellmass and I'm trying to figure out how to use it.

I just take whey protien powder...go look at the protien powder thread to get an idea of what other people are takin. Price is a concern...just don't go too cheap ...like the walmart brand...tastes like crap! lol
I've been taking muscletech cause it was on sale.

I looked up the tread on creatine to see what the most people were taking so I got cellmass cause I seen a lot of people saying it was great, it taste ok but I'm gonna start loading on Monday. I also take gold standard 100% whey protein and it taste good, i take it after I work out, should I take it more then that?

it depends. They usually say that after the workout is the best time to take protien powder and that protien from real food is the best source of protien. Nothing wrong with taking an extra protien shake either in the morning or during the day though if you want.
