Yeah this sux
Yeah so i heard it alot...its not your genetics its about how much effort you put into ure training.
But ye, i dnt know if i just got terrible genetics but i have been working out for about 1 year 3 months now.
Everything else seems to be putting on some muscle. My bi's tri's, quads, back, traps.....but damn my chest is still soft as ever and i work it equally as hard...
wtf man... It doesn't seem to be taking shape at all
Here is my chest workout
Bench
Db Flyes
Flat dumbell press
incline db press
decline db press
pushups
none of it seems to be helping, i still have one hell of a ****ty chest..

how many reps and sets of each? seem to be doing way more exercises than you need to.

Too many exercises in my opinion.Try heavy benching in 1-3 rep range.the maybe some incline and thats it along with dips.

uhhh i'm gonna be honest..
i usually do 4 sets 12, 10, 8, 6
I'll take ure advice guys...
Okay how does this sound
Bench 4 sets (12,10,8,6)
Incline 4 sets
Dips 4 sets
Then maybe 1 week i do incline and the next i do decline
any1 willing to set out a good chest routine for me....i'll rep ya

chest and bicep on same day isnt good.triceps on same day and/or shoulders.

Yesterday I had a protein shake and pizza.

I mainly meant 3 reps but sometimes when he will try to go up weight he may only get 2.Incline Should be reg rep range and then dips reg rep range not 1-3.

do you force yourself to progress no matter what every week? If not then that could be a problem. Too many guys just stay at a similar weight or intensity for too long not forcing their body to adapt.

Yeah all i had yesterday was 2 cookies, some pizza ,2 homemade burgers(a little over 1000 cal) and then a pack of peanuts. ****ty man i didnt get enough calories. it was my off day. Your already ahead of me right now.

You look at the routine I plan on getting on in a month or two once I hit 300+ on deadlifts, 225+ on squats, and 160+ on bench?

That's what I did for like the first five months of benching and squatting. Hence, 155 x 5 squat and 135 x 5 bench.
