Awesome oatmeal bar recipe with pics

    Hey guys

More and more meal replacement bar recipes seem to pop up more and more these days. So, I thought I would spread one that I myself enjoy. It is very easy to make, very easy to tailer to your needs, and very very delicious.

For extra protein just add in some powder, natural peanut butter, ect. They are great.

Nice! They'd be great for bulking if you're looking for some extra "good" calories to add to a couple meals.

Yeah I find that I just throw 1 or 2 into meals that I am low in calories (like if my parents don't make a big dinner for instance). Plus, they taste great. And, they are good on a cut too. Use em' as your carb source and put it next to some chicken, slather tbsp natural PB on the bar, and that is a complete meal right there that can definitely be used in cutting.

    Hope this helps some people.
