Fab_at_50 Workout Blog.
I have been working out for about 32 yrs. For the past 6 months I workout with weights 2x a week. Day 1) chest, back,bis, abs. Day 2) delts, tris, legs, and abs. The 5 days left in my week are for aerobices which consist of powerwalking, jogging, and the stepper. My aerobices are from 45-90mins a day broken into 1 to 3 session per day. I didnt diet that much, but I went from 230lbs to 202lbs in 6 months.
