I guess I'll take a second to "whine" about turning 39 today. (July 25.) LOL
I know that it's not "old" but something about the idea of saying good bye to my 30's sort of makes me "cring". Oh well, IF the Good Lord is willing I suppose I'll be here next year about turning 40. hahaha Take care all, and thanks for letting me "whine" about something that non of us has any control over. Happy Birthday to me.
You're never too old to be the person that you were meant to be.

I did not start Martial Arts till I was 40 something...
Forty ain't nothing but a number. Resting heart rate and endurance is my youth factor. And the ability to be a self-starter to have some fun recreating with active sports. Oh...did I say the doctors told me to get a desk job at age 36 (No way DOC) because of a snap fracture in the lower hip ball. Ouch! Freaking car accidents suck, but that's when I started my rehab, I never stopped. I have a plate and three screws at the top of the femur and one screw into the ball joint. I feel blessed to tell you to get off the AGE Drama and stay fit, you have a head start on me!

Hi there, happy birthday !
oppss ! look like i've lost in place; give me a chance people.."Fitness is a journey, not a destination.
It must be continued for the rest of Your life."
"The way you think, the way you behave, the way you eat, can influence your life by 30 to 50 years. Most people believe that aging is universal but there are biological organisms that never age."
