Wide lat rows and lat pull downs - concentrate on filling out and pulling wide during the movement.
Twisted crunches with free leg straight and just off the floor will do your obs/abs and puts a lot of tension on the whole area - hold for 3-5 secs at the top of the movement - you will feel the burn. 20 x 3 will kill the next day.
Love handles are the last area for men to lose along with abs, for women its hips so it's a clean diet to fix that - good luck
