Carb to Protein ratio at pm
When I finish my work out at 8:30-9pm ish, what would be a good Carb to Protein ratio? Right now, I'm doing 2:1 60c, 20p post work out using Carbslam http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/prima/carbslam.html and Optimum Whey http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html with two BCAA pills.
I'm in bed around 10:30-11:30pm with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and ZMA.
I'm just worry thats too much carbs at PM. I just want to make sure I get the protein synthesis kicking in since I train very hard.
