N.O.Xplode and Creatine Amplified 189?
Hey whats up guys.... im taking N.O.Xplode and Creatine Amplified 189... do you think its ok.. or maybe its too much creatine....
Yesterday before my workout i took noxplode and one pill of creatine amp189... and I was feeling great...
after my workout i took my protein shake and then i started to feel like my blood pressure was low... i started to get very tired....
some guy toldme that it was the sinthesis of the protein i needed more liquid... i drank some water then i feelt ok...
ok the main question is about the ammount of creatine that im taking....
noxplode and creatine amp189 ... CAN I TAKE THEM TOGETHER?
