Too many suppliments??
Well I'm the kind of person that doesn't even like to take any sort of medication and now I feel like I'm the suppliment queen! Am I getting carried away??
First thing in the morning I drink a scoop of whey and also take a ISO-OPC it's a powder antioxidant. I eat a bowl of oatmeal with berries, take my vitamins (Animal Pak) wait about an hour and take 2 Kre-alkalyn along with either NO-Xplode or a mix of green tea/extract and L-Arginine (2 grams). I don't like taking the NO-Xplode every time before workouts just because I'm not sure of what all is in the stuff.
I'll put 2 scoops (11.5 gr) of X-tend (BCAA's and Glutamine) in a liter water bottle to drink pre/during/post workout. I know I've read to have 30grams pre/during and post but It's just so sweet I can't stand much more than that. I wind up diluting it with more water during my work out but I figure a little is better than none? After my workout I have 2 scoops of Whey (ON) another Kre-alkalyn pill and a handful of berries.
I'm wondering if this is all too much. I eat clean. Also I wonder if I should have another scoop of whey before my workout or have some eggs. I have one scoop first thing in the morning but it's like 2 hours later before I get to my workout.
Another thing is that the NO-Xplode has some creatine in it so I wonder if I need to take 2 Kre-alkalyn pre workout on the days I take the NO?
I just started taking the Animal Pak vitamins due to me being 43 and I've decided to start lifting heavy (er) and doing splits so I can be out of the gym quicker hopefully and stop over training. My goal is to gain muscle.
Any input is appreciated. : )

Firstly your supp intake is fine that's not too much
however yes i would like to address the Creatine intake - I would stick to taking creatine to after your workout not before.
If you are taking NO-Xplode there is no need to be taking creatine on top of this pre-workout.
I have three shakes - to supplement my breakfast because I can't eat eggs
One pre-workout and another post-workout
hope this helps

Not too bad. Drop Animal Pak when you get done with and don't get it again. Search for a better multi-vitamin. Or just use that money to get a Greens product like Macro Greens, that should do you better.
Drop the No-Xplode when you get done with it (or sell it now) and just stick with the Kre-Alkalyn. The former has too much sh*t in it for my liking.
Use shakes when needed. But eat real food if you can. Also, as for protein, try to get some Casein instead of Whey for other times outside of the pre-post workout window.
And that's suppl ements.

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.

Over all how do you feel? If you feel weird or not so good I would cut back but if you feel fine I would say your alright. Also I like to make sure that I drink plain water later in the day(afternoon)just to clear things out a little.

Just curious... why do you find it preferable to take creatine after working out as opposed to before? I've been taking mine beforehand, but if there is a better time to take it...

Simply because you are supplying it to you body when it can utilize it, needs it the most.
I've always seen creatine as a post workout supp, same as BCAA's.

It simply is garbage, girl. Overpriced, underdosed, overhyped garbage. Crappy ingredients and doses.

You are missing out on the BCAA's, woman (yes, you have grown now). Slam a good 20-30grs during your workouts and welcome new muscle mass.

Cool I'll remember that about Animal
I'm not following you with BCAA's though...

There are plenty studies on the effect of BCAAs (leucine, valine, isoleucine) on resistance exercise. We know how they do wonder for protein synthesis.
However, real world experience (RWE) has shown that the best effects are noticed when taken during the workout. BCAA oxidation (in muscle) is promoted by exercise, so basically, when you take them during exercise, you add fuel to the tank while still moving.
That's overly simplified, but trust me on this one.

Well I changed things up because I felt like I was over training and I just got plain tired so I just started the Animal Pak to hopefully get enough vitamins for my age/workout. I'm going to see if it makes a difference for the 6wks since I bought them and then maybe try something else that Bachovas suggested. I just don't want to be overdoing the supplements but want the be getting the most benefits.

Works for me~~~I use 4 scoops of Xtend in 24 oz water and sip it throughout my workout, along with Size On. I get a lil bloated but have seen growth results in 2 weeks.
The thing I worry about is how it might ultimately affect my body because of my age.
It hurts to get out of bed in the mornings and i get leg cramps every night. But I just keep pushing on, because when you are done, you are done and that's it~~~just waiting for the reaper.
From what I've experienced, the people who say excercise, supps, and weights is the only answer to holding off the aging process are absolutely correct!

Thanks for your reply : ) I used to get leg cramps every now and then. I started doing a nice deep massage before going to bed and also doing some stretching. I haven't had them in a while but it might help you! I agree about the exercise. I want to be like Tina Turner at 65! LOL~
