I will start from 7/08. I worked out with weights 13 times since 7/1. I have done 1200 mins of aerobics since 7/1. Body weight 202lbs. Was 230lbs 1/27/08.
Sounds like you are spending quite a few minutes at a time doing the aerobics. If you did that as often as lifting, that's about 100 minutes/session. Pretty darn good!
