Been lifting seriously for about 9 months now, diong mainly isolation workouts

5 Day Split:
Monday - Chest/Cardio
Tuesday - Abs/Cardio
Wednesday - Legs/Cardio
Thursday - Arms/Cardio
Friday - Abs/Cardio
Saturday - Shoulders/Cardio
Sunday - Back/Cardio
My Goals for this log/this summer: I want to pack on some serious muscle. so far most of my training goals and supplement goals have been fat loss. But now i wanna put on some size, and just be a beast. But i wanna continue to cut down my fat. Heres some starting pics...
as you can see, ive still got quite a bit of fat to lose, but whatever, i wanna bulk up a bit, and im gonna need everyones support here, helping me with routines, new exercises, and all that fun stuff. its gonna be a long road, but it'll be worth it in the end.

i was around 280 at my heaviest, and ive just been slowly cutting away at it, for the most part, my gut and chest is the only part left on my body with A LOT of fat
mines 2XL, and it fits just right on me, its not skin tight, which is the way i like it....not clinging to my gut....HAHA just ordered a yellow one last night =]goodbros, always and forever.

should i order XL?
they are out of larges currently which i would have taken but im losing a tad bit of weight recently but i think medium might be to tight
the only thing with a lot of fat left on my is my handles...FAAAAAAACK :P
but always there for support man it sucked being the way i was not saying it sucks for you but still.
i was hazed most of my life as a kid and student till about grade 11 when i showed up at school at 235 :P

i would say XL...cause they DO run a bit small
for teh most part, i was never really busted about being fat, a few cracks here and there but...no one ever said anything TO me, who knows what they might have said about me behind my back...but all this year, i went from being a flabby mess, to looking like a tank walking around school.....and a few people actually asked me "you takign steroids?!" and i gotta say, that made my yeargoodbros, always and forever.

haha that was middle school my highschool cooking classes kicked ass! our final project was foods of our choice.
ah i remember dropping my plate..(before i filled it )
