Besides being pregnant, what could my gf's prob be?

She did quit smoking a couple weeks ago. That's the only major change that explains some weight gain. She gained a few lbs (from 106 to 122.. she's 5'7). Here are the other symptoms.

Last Month:

Tender nipples
Nausea and puking (only one day)
Weird food cravings (cake and bacon? one hell of a combo)

Then after this she took a pregnancy test and it came up negative. May have been too early, idk. The next day she started a weird period where she bled for a day then spotted a couple days later and thats it. Implantation bleeding?

This Month:

Weight gain.. 15+ lbs like I said
Tired all the time no matter how much she sleeps
Irritability
Lower abdomen pain
Lower back pain
And today I noticed she has a slight bulge and her stomach is pretty hard/stiff. I also felt a knot like thing in her stomach when she coughed.

What else could it be?

the thing is, i actually tried to get my ex pregnant when i was with her. came off cycle for 3 months and nothing. i love tren and use a lot of it...

if my current gf is pregnant that means it would've been when i was still on my last cycle and probably pretty shut down. i didn't even cum inside of her at that time

and yes, she's faithful

could have some intestinal blockage.

quitting smoking can have so many affects on a person.

Being female it will affect her emotions/hormones which will stuff her periods and whatnot

ride it out man and hope it improves with time.. she needs a hobby

you were shutdown but you still had test in your blood stream. More then usual also haha.

your body doesnt know the difference between natural and synthetic test, hence the reason it shuts you down, b/c it thinks your body is creating to much , which you already know

could be an ectopic pregnancy. slightly dangerous.

if these symptoms persist, there truly is no harm in seeing a doctor. would not be out of the ordinary. besides, it could rule out certain options (ie: preggers -> shove down stairs).

all those things are a dead giveaway to being pregnant. the test failed.. but some girls don't develop the hormones that make the test say positive until late or some at all. you have to get checked out by the doctor if thats the case. bummer. ~D

to be honest i'm at the point that i'd be excited about it and it's something we've both talked about and kind of planned on. so it'd be great. i just don't see how i tried so hard with the ex and -nothing- happened and now this would be a freak accident that i wouldn't think would be possible

and no guys, i know she's faithful. she accidentally left herself logged in one day and i found all sorts of old emails between her and different dudes dating back to even the first couple days we dated and all she ever did was talk me up

All those symptoms, if she were prego would not occur till the 2-4 month period. Maybe YOU did not cum in her, but...

well it'd be about 2 months ago, and i keep reading on so many medical literature sites that these symptoms can appear as early as a couple weeks.
