My 3-AD Results
So I just finished my 3rd week of 3-AD and can say that I am satisfied with the product.
My goal was to bulk and that was the end result. I put on +7 pound in the three weeks. I used one bottle @ 4 pills per day. Oh, and I didn't do any leg exercises during these three weeks due to being in soccer season.
The gains increased more dramatically towards the end of the third week. This wa my first ph cycle, so I decided to only stick with 1 bottle.
During my shoulder workout in the third week, after doing side extensions, the pump was so extreme on my rear deltoids that I only did a few sets and left. I honestly was painful because the pump was so hard.
As for negative side-effects... I had an acne breakout in the middle of the second week. I am prone to breakouts, but usually not as bad as the one I just had. Other than that, I didnt see any other negs.
I'll be finishing my cycle with aPCT if anyone is wondering.
Feel free to ask questions. I have a 'before' pic, but I need to take an' after' pic. I'll post then both after I do.

It is extremely hard for me to gain fat (check out my bodyspace photos)... but I would guess that 5-6 pounds is lean muscle.

Looks good. I have been looking into this product. How often do you practice etc. for soccer? 7 pounds in season for a sport is awesome.

Can you be a little more specific on how much you gained each week?
Im currently on the second week and havent seen any significant gains yet.

Bingo.
5-6lbs of lean mass would make a very noticable difference, especially on a 155lb frame. Go to the butchers and see what 5lbs of meat looks like, then come back and tell me you grew that in 3 weeks.

The scale doesn't lie my friend.... I probably should have also took a photo of my back, it grew substantially larger.
Alv, I gained about 2 to 3 pounds in the first 2 weeks. After that, they started adding on a bit faster.

there is a noticeable difference in your chest and abs... 5 lbs all over the body is harder to notice.... its not like all 5 lbs went to his chest/abs/arms lol
think about how hard it wouldbe to see a 3 lb increase in someones legs

Lets just say its not the most remarkable PH transformation I have seen.
But he did make decent gains. Definately would not have gained 7lbs naturally playing soccer that much in 30 days.
If it was $35 a bottle I might consider running 6 caps ED.

Adjusted for size difference and tan. Still think his chest grew? I'm going to say it again, on a guy this lean and at 155, 5-7lbs will be quite noticable.

The ridge between his pecs became more defined and no longer has a gap, more of a straight line. Also his left pec seems to be bigger and more defined BUT that could just be due to a little difference in posing. The line between the pecs is definately more defined though, indicating growth

As far as I can remember, flat bench went up 30 pounds, shoulder press went up 10 pounds, t-rows went up about 25 pounds. those are those only exercises i paid attention to the numbers.

Ok ok, if you can sit there and honestly tell me you see 7lbs worth of difference based on a few dark lines, then I retract my statements.
