I think you're holding a bit too much fat right now to make bulking a positive situation. I would try to cut back. srs

Try IF? It's basically the only way I don't have to resist binging right before bed.

Just do 5250 kcal and gradually increase it if you want to gain weight. Don't see the point in adding 1000 kcal right off the bat.
If you wanna leave humanity behind natty you gotta slow down.

Extra calories are gonna be wasted/become fat unless you take some.. 'supplements' that will enhance your protein synthesis.
You won't really gain more than 1lb a MONTH of lean muscle natty, if you're very lucky and have very good genetics.Last edited by TappingTheZen; 05-30-2018 at 08:48 AM.

https://examine.com/nutrition/does-m...en-two-people/
"One study[1] noted that one standard deviation of variance for resting metabolic rate (how many calories are burnt by living) was 5-8%; meaning 1 standard deviation of the population (68%) was within 6-8% of the average metabolic rate. Extending this, 2 standard deviations of the population (96%) was within 10-16% of the population average.[1]"

Volume of food is what makes you feel full, not calories. Think of 1000 calories of spinach vs 1000 calories of butter and how full it will make you feel.

Try clicking the article and scrolling down.. this is addressed.
If you're gaining 2lbs a week and you're natty, there is absolutely no doubt at all you're gaining a significant amount of fat.
Even not natty, 2lbs a week is going to be some/a decent amount of fat/water too.

lol, so you think if you eat 'clean' food, you're somehow going to bypass your bodies limit of protein synthesis to many times its normal amount?
No. The only way to do that is with 'supplements'. Nothing wrong with it, if that's what you're doing, but if you are don't pretend 2lbs a week of muscle gains is even close to achievable naturally, because science disagrees with you.

i think a lot of people are unaware op but i gotchu, honey buns. Knew a dude who bulked at 6k at and he pounded honey buns to get to his cals err day. He was shooting for his pro card and said he was always craving greasy chit with his equestrian off season and honey buns were calorie dense enough to get the job done and didn't cause him to be bloated all the time.
