Endurphix and TRX-7 by trionix

hey i recieved a sample pack of endorphix (10 packs) and 7 bottles of TRX-7. so this will be a mini log. 10 days of endorphix and 7 days with the trx-7. im going to stack them together.

workout
mon - chest, tris, abs, cardio
tuesday - bis, back, forearms, cardio
wednesday - all cardio
thursday - shoulders, lats, traps, delts, abs
friday - legs

weight 249.8 lbs about 10 min ago
bench 430 lbs
squat 665 lbs
dead 630 lbs

so at first glance i really like the trx-7. i have used similar products in the past so i would like to see how it stacks up.

today was day one. i took 4 caps of endorphix chased down by a trx. i really liked the taste of the trx. i got a little tingly from it and a little warm during my wokrout but not bad. i could tell that the endorphix was working. i had great forcus and mental drive. i could really push myself today. i cant say that most of the supplements that i have tried in the past worked with the first dose but this one does. here was my workout.

yesterday was all cardio and today was this
military press barbell
135x12, 150x12, 180x12, 225x6 245x3

lat raise with bumbell
45x12, 60x10, 65x10, 70x8

shrug with barbell
225x12, 250x12, 275x12, 315x6

front lat pulldown straight armed
60x12, 70x12, 80x12

front lat raise with dumbell
45x12, 60x10, 65x10, 70x8 i superset these with the lat raise. i do one lat raise and then one front, then side, then front, you get my jist.

i then did some cable crunches with about 80 lbs. 3 setx of 25
some leg raises 3 sets of 25
and then the good ol fashioned situp 3 sets of 50

so i had a pretty good workout all in all. i am liking both products. no neg sides. just clean energy and great focus. not much in the pump department though

Have you gotten any warm/hot sensation after taking Endorphix? Keep up the good work man.

I like your high rep routine. After about 7 more weeks when I finish my 5x5 Mass Gain program I'm defintely going to go high rep for 8 weeks. I'm strongly considering using the one you have here. How many days a week do you workout?

about the warm sensation. yeah i have felt this but it is from beta alanine. that is a typical response to it durning the first 14 days of using it. the sensation will get less and less with each does taken. im really liking the shot, tastes great and goes down fast. im not to sure about the endurphix yet. i do have a good drive but im not sure which one that it is from. ill be able to tell more after the trx is gone and im just on the endurphix

im going to be gone for a week for training for work. ill post a mega post when i get back because i will be working out during this training every day. ill also post my review the same day.


as for your question on how many days a week do i work out it was posted in one of my first posts so check that out there but it is 5 days a week with 4 of them being with weights and cardio for 4 days as well

500 for 5 reps... **** son nice!

and as for the camera.. if it connects via USB... dont use a program!.. it just complicates things. I just simply go to my C drive (My Computer) and click "removable disk" or whatever USP drive it is... then open the folder and you should see all the pictures on your camera... just drag them from that folder to another folder like "my pictures" or "my documents" or whatever.

I'm not using the shot. just the endorphix and that has no Beta-Alanine. I've also taking Beta-Alanine and just got the tingles... no warm sensation. Only supplements I'm on right now are endorphix and ON Protein and i know its not the protein so it's gotta be endorphix. Good to know nobody else is reacting like me though. It's prob cause I RARELY use supplements besides protein so maybe its just intolerance right now.

well i was gone for the last week but i continued to hit the weights. i finished the endurphix last thrusday and so here is my review of both

trx-7. power shot. this was a great drink.
pros - the taste was very good, it was fast and easy to drink. i got decent energy from it and a little bit of a boost in endurance but nothing huge because it was only for a few days. i think that if i was using it for longer the pros list would be longer as well

cons- well i really cant think of any, seriously it does what it says so what else can i expect

endurphix
i used this in a stack with the trx but the last couple of days i was using just the endurphix becuase i ran out of the trx. so then i could see what the endurphix was really doing. i really did not see much from it. there was a little bit more endurance but nothing really to brag about. the only real effect that it had on me was focus. i had pretty good focus when hitting the gym.

trx-7 would i use it or suggest it to others - yes
endurphix whould i use it again - probally not - would i suggest it to others - yes because i feel that every supplement out there from a good company should be tried. every body is different and the way in which we respond to supplements is different. so give it a shot and see how it works for you.
