Drink the whey before the solid meal (at least 20 minutes before).

Also, a burrito bol is a good cheat meal once in a while but I wouldn't bulk on it.

    Checkout this nutrition calculator: http://www.chipotlefan.com/index.php...ion_calculator

If you have to get it, at least avoid the cheese and sour cream.

That's a bad idea for a post-workout meal for the reasons already stated. You don't want those fats after a workout. Just lean protein and carbohydrates. I may be ostracized for saying it but make sure post workout you have carbohydrates, not just protein. Your body needs carbohydrates more than protein so if you consume protein without the carbs it will be converted to glucose and you will not get the benefits from your protein.

Dirty bulk or not. Fats should be avoided. They slow the absorption of protein which is badly needed after a workout and so hinders protein synthesis and muscle recovery meaning longer DOMS and less muscle gain.

Not really anything to do with whether your clean or dirty bulking.

Whey, oats and a simple carb are best to replenish glycogen, increase protein synthesis and increase recovery .

I eat it After every workout also. Either a burrito or a burrito bol. IDGF about "clean bulking". 4-5 hyooge Cheat meals a week have helped me gain weight and had little effect on fat.

It's not about clean bulking/dirty bulking/fat gain. It's a matter of post workout nutrition. Read my above post.

if you have a whey+carb shake and eat that like an hour later you could probly get away with it considering you have low bodyfat and are a 150 lb teen ager, if you start getting fat then stop eating them

also do yourself a favor and get it with beef

Yeah I read it, I just want my chipotle regardless lol. I've had great gains while eating it after workouts, but my diet is mostly clean otherwise.

You should have a clean post workout meal and eat the burrito later.

Fat should not be avoided at all costs. It should be limited, but fats aid in protein synthesis and absorbtion.

It should be avoided POST WORKOUT. Yes it aids protein synthesis but it slows apsorption / the glycemic response.

Since fat slows down transit through the stomach, eating fat during the post workout period may slow the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates and proteins.

As your post workout feeding should be designed to promote the most rapid delivery of carbohydrates and protein to your depleted muscles, fats should be avoided during this time.

    Google ftw.
