    is this true?

    I read that if you perform steady pace cardio you don't need to add carbs to ur shake for PWO but for HIIT cardio you need both protein and carbs. Is this true?

    when your working out at a slow steady pace(jog) your body is burning alot more fat and trying to avoid using its glycogen stores

    your 128 pounds, id recommend less cardio, and a **** load more carbs and protein and even fats, thats if your looking to bulk of course haha

    if your doing low intensity cardio(<150BPM) then you dont really need any post workout nutrition just your next meal whenever that is
