alright well im 17 years old, 180 pounds . I used to weigh 250. just a couple querstions for a CLEAN BULK:
how many servings of peanut butter do u guys consume daily ?
My friends say im eating way to much, and that i will get fat if i continue,
Am I?
Is special K ok for a snack ?
heres an outline of my diet to help answer questions above and or leave any comments on my diet! remember, i am trying to CLEAN BULK, and id appreciate any input anyone else as long as it helps me reach my goal. Thanks
My daily maintence calorie number is : 2, 8500
Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein
Breakfeast:
2 Whole wheat toasts:180/2/40/10
1 Cup Egg white beaters:120/0/4/24
Mid day snack:
1 cup of 2% Milk: 130/5/13/8
2.5 cups Special K cereal:275/0/63/8
Lunch:
1 cup egg whites: 120/0/4/24
Uncle Bens Brown Rice, 2 servings:440/8/82/10
2 Pouch's Starkist Tuna: 180/2/2/40
Protein Shake: 258/4/4/42
Post workout shake: 258/4/4/42
1 tbsp natty peanut butter: 100/9/3/4
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Breast about 8oz: 270/5/5/53
Its panned in Olive oil so idk if that adds macros?
Sweet Potatoes: I havent found the macros for this but im sure its high in the CARBS ?
1 piece toast: 90/1/2/5
1 TBSP NATTY peanut butter:100/9/3/4
Totals: 2521/48/261/273
**NOT INCLUDING SWEET POTATOES AND BANNANA IN POST WORKOUT SHAKE**

I'd probably split that lunch into 2 meals, especially if there's a significant amount of time between your lunch and your workout.
