Now that justice working!A Warren County grand jury decided Wednesday that a Bowling Green man was justified in shooting a 15-year-old boy who was apparently attempting to break into his home.
Eros Berisaj, 15, was fatally shot in the head at about 5:11 p.m. April 3 at 525 Creekwood Court by the homeowner, Jeff McGuire.
Saban Ferizi, Berisaj?s father, said Wednesday it doesn?t make sense that someone can kill another person and not spend any time in jail.

Alot of people are gonna argue about the rights or wrongs of the law, but while it's terrible that a dumb 15 year old kid (who knows how dangerous he may or may not have been) died because of his stupidity, but if that's Kentucky law, it's his own damn fault.

Touchy issue, It seems a bit full on that he was killed because he's only 15 but glad something happened to him and not the family whos house it was.

Those are enough questions to ask yourself to have someone break in see you and shoot you before you respond. The chances of that happening are slim but they are there, shoot first and you don't have to worry about them shooting you back.
