In an effort to save on costs, I?m looking at trying bulk supplements instead of going with name brands. I?m looking to cut down on bodyfat, so with my diet and an office job, my energy levels are sometimes low by the time I hit the gym. These supps are aimed to get the most out of my workouts while retaining as much muscle as possible. I?m at 215lbs now, 19-20%BF? I?d like to get down to 15% with as much lean mass as possible. I?ve been coming down from 225 in the past 6 weeks, diet is in check, now I?m just looking for that little extra.
Bulk supps I?m thinking of:
E/C stack (morning and pre-wo)
Creatine mono (pre & post wo)
Beta Alanine (pre-wo)
BCAA (intra-wo)
Waximaize (post-wo)
Anything missing/needs replacing? Would some bulk AAKG be of much benefit here? I?ve read mixed reviews on bulk arginine vs. name brand complete NO products. I don?t have a ton of cash to spend on supps, but I?m thinking this is a good foundation for better workouts and muscle retention.
Current supps:
ON whey
Multi
EFA?s
If/when I go through with these supps, I?ll be doing a log. Reps for any suggestions/recommendations.
