Ok this is a workout I just made for ice hockey training for Day one and six of my 8 week program(yes somethings will change this is just for week 1-3) any advise on adding or taking away things will be much needed. reps for good answers
And no I am not making this program for other people this is just for me(I am starting today)
and I took a lot of these things from another hockey program and just added and took away somethings and changed some reps .
