First off, I swear I have the longest arms and bicep muscles ever. I have tried everything in the past 2 years to get them to grow. I have gained strength in my biceps, but never any definition. I usually only work biceps once a week directly and then indirectly with rows.
Any ideas?

Have you been doing standing and seated preacher curls with correct form. The main thing is form on curling to some extent in my opinion. If you have decent form with stressful weight your biceps should grow. I would suggest preacher curls standing and seated, then alternating db curls seated with back to seat rest so you isolate the lift.

hmm.... guess taking Juice is ur only option... lol... jk
but really are u doing different workouts every week? you shud try longer sets and reps with 4 or 5 diff types of excercises for the bi's alone. The best way for biceps to grow is also take the right supps and eat well. High protein is a must. Remember u shud do 1g per body weight. So if u were 170lbs, u shud try to take that many g's in a day for protein but it is expensive and very tough to do that imo...but it is one of the best ways to get huge naturally.
ha, makes me wish u could just buy protein to inject... lmao

I have done these both for many months. Once a week always. I always read your biceps shouldn't focused and get hit during other exercises. The rest of my body is growing (chest/back/legs).
I has to be somethign with my form. Just 2 weeks ago I got pissed and I'm starting to do curls where the bar is almost touching my chest when I do standing ez-bar curls. Forgot the name of these, but I can feel it relive the back tightness I feel when I do my normal ez-bar curls.Deadlift (400x1) *7/1/2015*

I also have very long arms. I've gotten good results, however, by sticking to the basics when trainin my bis. That means-barbell curls, standing dumbell curls and preacher or concentration curls. That, plus lots of protein and rest will get your arms bigger.

I have the same problem.
But my bi's aren't even getting stronger. I've been curling 25's for 2 months now. I JUST started to curl 30's but I can only get 4-5 reps.
My tri's are developing nicely, increaing weight along with size.
But I usually do my bi's after my back workout and my tri's after my chest workout.(racist) (no homo) (serious)
