Quest to New Growth..
A brief intro..

Age - 18
Weight - 180ishh?
Supplement history: I've used the basics. multi-v, protein, creatine, BCAAs.. etc.
My current supplementation:
Preworkout - White Flood 2 scoops 30 min prior
Postworkout - ON 100% whey, NOW CarboGain, NOW Dextrose
With meal 2 - Multivitamin, Vitamin E, Magnesium
With Meal 5 - Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C
I will be adding creatine and ZMA in soon.
My current goals right now:
Weighted Dips 45lbs +
EZ Bar Curl 100lbs +
DB Bench Press 80s +
The hardest one for me will be the weighted dips.
I eat pretty clean, 85% with occasional cheats here and there.
I'll be doing back tomorrow morning, and will post from there, enjoy the ride fellow BBers!
