Post Quest to New Growth..

A brief intro..

Name - Josh
Age - 18
Weight - 180ishh?

Supplement history: I've used the basics. multi-v, protein, creatine, BCAAs.. etc.

My current supplementation:

Preworkout - White Flood 2 scoops 30 min prior
Postworkout - ON 100% whey, NOW CarboGain, NOW Dextrose
With meal 2 - Multivitamin, Vitamin E, Magnesium
With Meal 5 - Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C


I will be adding creatine and ZMA in soon.

My current goals right now:

Weighted Dips 45lbs +
EZ Bar Curl 100lbs +
DB Bench Press 80s +

The hardest one for me will be the weighted dips.

I eat pretty clean, 85% with occasional cheats here and there.

I'll be doing back tomorrow morning, and will post from there, enjoy the ride fellow BBers!

Back day was great. really felt it.

Hit 75lbs x 6 one-arm DB Row
Assisted Dips w/ 80lbs x 8

I picked up some glucosamine today for the joints =)

Also, looking into getting SciVation's Xtend... any thoughts? Post away!
