Arm Pain

Recently i have been getting a pain in my arm. Sometimes it feels as though its in my bicep but i can feel it more as a dull ache deep in my elbow. Someone said to me it could be my brachialis which i think maybe true because its fine untill i do a movement that recruits my biceps. I feel i may have to take some time off the gym which has really pi**ed me off.
