Question What is the proper use of Benadryl with an E/C stack?

I've seen some posts regarding the use of Benadryl to clear the receptors affected by the use of Clen and E/C stacks. I'm not going to mess with Clen, but I've used E/C (successfully ) for many years, on and off.

My question is, what is the proper use of Benadryl in this scenario? Should it be cycled? How long should it be taken? Should it be taken during the E/C cycle, or in between?

Thank you in advance for any good information on this topic.
