Top Chest Exersize
Hi all,
A little debate here as to what is best. Please vote
When i mean what is best i would like your opinion on which chest exersize gives the best overall gains. Again this is up to personal preference.
Enjoy,

I like DB presses supersetted with wide push ups. Good range of motion.

i love supersets! I agree with you. I personally love incline press with flye superset but i wanted to see what people believe is the best overall when used alone (no superset)
Good reply nice to see people interested

I agree with squattilyoudrop. No weighted dips?? One of my favs. So I just went with incline db press, which has also proved to be very effective.

When i work upper/top chest, i do supersets of first dumbell press, followed by dumbell flies 4 sets pyramid style. Tough to pick just one since presses works on thickness and flies work width

Incline Barbell Presses.
I prefere the barbell, although I enjoy the Dumbbells. With the barbell I get to go heavier and when you really get that mind-muscle connection, boy-o-boy!

My body responds well to flatbench barbell presses but incline dumbell press is a good exercise too.

When I switched from focusing on flat bench to incline bench stretch marks started to appear under my armpits. So I'd like to say that incline BB has given me the most size results.

I vote for leaning forward weighted dips. Although it is not on list second flat bb bench.

I like Incline Dumbbell Press the best. In general, I like Incline Presses better than Flat.
