what are some supplements/PH's i can use to gain 15-20lbs? (reps for help)

there's too many choices to narrow down to one.

currently on no supps at all other than muscle milk and vitamins.

i've been stuck at 180 for a while now, looking to break through this plateau. the only PH i've ever used is tren xtreme, and that was a few months ago. it was ok.

i'm lookin for some experienced people to recommend me some good **** to take. i'm willing to stack a couple PH's, but i want to take **** that actually WORKS, so tell me what YOU recommend and why. i will rep for helpful advice.

I would start with a product like Sizeon. Don't just think PH because of a plateau.

EST is having a good sale on their Methyl-E right now, and there are logs on these boards that you could use to help you learn how to dose it. For your first PH cycle, I wouldn't stack it with any other PH.

You could also look into epi or havoc.

I'd suggest Havoc or 3AD since you seem to be fairly inexperienced. 3AD has its skeptics but it seems to have 0 serious sides and only requires aPCT as its PCT so its easy. Alot of people love Havoc but it is slightly more risky

I agree with him if you go for a ph. Go for some EST sale products. Havoc is probably one of the stronger ph's on the site if you want to go for it.

For a beginner i would do
3-ad
You could stack it with
AX Mass FX, Superdrol NG, or EST propadrol

or

Epistane
stack with
Mass FX or Prop


Either can be run solo
maybe even a halodrol clone.

If you dont go with a stack you can look into pulsing Halo or Epistane. PM if you have ?'s

phera would be a great clean bulker. I feel amazing on phera...but epi is more mild in terms of sides

That's pretty strong for a first cycle. I've seen a lot of people have great results running just havoc as a first cycle.

A lot of people also stack havoc with 3-ad.

go with bold. 4 botttles are needed with 3 bottles of 6 oxo. run the bold 800mg per day for 8 weeks. run the 6oxo 6 5 5 4 for pct. you can either run 6oxo or run reversitol for PCT. you can also run testabolan oncycle to help with libido decrease.

if i were you i would stack either stoked or 6 oxo with activate xtreme, before getting onto phs

8 weeks bold then 4 weeks Epistane then follow that with Anabolic Xtremes Ultimate mass cycle with 2 weeks of Serm. pm me ill tell u how\

I wouldn't recommend that you use Phera for your first cycle. Havoc at 40mg tops would be ideal for your first run... but I warn that it's not as mild as it's made out to be by any means. Depending on the purity of the compound, 40mgs could be very effective. I would suggest some possible "natural" routes instead of going straight into a PH cycle... maybe look into some ActivaTe Xtreme + AI (6-OXO) + X-Factor and creatine based product.
