    405 deadlift,good/bad

    K my max deadlift is 405 last time i tried. Is that a good amount of weight for my size???

    if i had to say a weight though, once you break into 2x your bodyweight you'll turn some heads.

    hes almost doing 2x his weight now..i think when someone does 3x there bodyweight they'll turn heads..but at his age 405 will def. turn heads

    It's good, but you can add much more weight. I did 375 back in june and I'm only like 174 lol. I haven't maxed since though
