Check out my video on youtube!
I posted a link to my youtube video. Keep in mind if you look at my profile before my weight loss I wasn't dunking. I was just grabbing rim this is a 10' rim so now you can see the big difference from my weight loss what I can do now. Please post comments on youtube and rate my video. Thanks

Cool. The world is safe from ever seeing my dunk video. I have the vert of an above average basset hound....
Just stay out of the paint *grin* No compound fracture, no foul...

Nice work dude. Have you been doing any plyometrics to help your vertical?
I've been doing plyometrics working on my vertical. I don't have the excuse of extra weight, only the excuse of never working my legs until last year. I used to be able to barely grab rim, now I can a dunk every once in a while. Probably added about 4 inches.

Yeah I'm going to start this program called the The Vertical Project. It's an all plyometric workout that supposed to increase your vertical. They say you can get like a 50" vertical with this I just want to get my head above the rim that's how high I want to get
