Anabolic Xtreme APCT dose timing

Ive searched and found conflicting information. The bottle and some places say to spread the 3 doses through out the day. But, I've also read that all 3 pills should be taken before bed time. Which route should be used? This is after a 3AD cycle by the way. Thanks

Oh, and do the doses need to be taken with fats like 3AD? Couldn't find this either.

No worries about the fat intake here. Dosing for aPCT should be 3/day spread out evenly throughout the day.

Perhaps confusion came about dosing Hyperdrol with aPCT. HX2 can be added in at a dose of 2/caps before bed. But that's only an option, and not really necessary.

Yep, just a Tim said you want to keep em spread through out the day. If you are infact adding Hyperdrol to your PCT as tim said that's when dosing 2 before bed will be most beneficial.

For products containing AIs like aPCT and Hyperdrol a small amount of fat, 10grams, should help with absorption. Even without the fat you have nothing to worry about, its not like 3-AD, though it defiantly wouldn't hurt.
