hi all, been reading a fair bit on sleeves support and so on. would like to get some opinions from other people.
this last training regime my right knee sort of caved in a little and caused some knee discomfort which resulted in taking a break from heavy work for 6-7 weeks.
back trying to lift heavy again, but not maxing. this was the first time i have suffered any kind of training injury and would like to minimize my risks.
would knee sleeves be beneficial? only reason i mentioned elbow sleeves is as i was looking at the ATP Pro Gear deal, makes it worth while to get both.
