woah new to coffee lol
just had like 2 cups of coffee... at1pm (now)with cream in them and about 4 calorie less sweetnin tablets
new to this whole coffee stuff n **** after the first cup i went n made some more man...
for those who don't like coffeee, tryh it with cream it's unbelievable!
(HOPES the sweetners dont knock me outa keto)

Wow my parents had me drinking coffee at age 8. I miss the buzz. Try espresso next time - better than some bolivian marching powder.

I take it your not used to stimulants (OP)...why not just pop a caffeine pill or 2?
Goal: Get a 6 Pack or Die Trying ... And thats not really all that out of the range of possibilities!

lol i had a real late night FORMAL last nite...woke up recked n all
had 3 cups of coffeee altogether todya n man im buzzin! only thing i gotta watch out for is the amount of SWEETNERS i use....i've used so far 6 tablets today...prob leave it at that too
i guess i do'nt wanna risk whether i can get kncoked outa keto or not by takin more ..:S
no clue how many Mg of caffene in the end but it's MAD with cream

Coffee totally rocks, and takes care of the whole...I gotta stuff fiber into me to poop problem.
Coffee and cream....mmmmhhhhhh delicious, even with no sweeteners. My dad just came back from a business trip to Latin America and brought back home around 500lbs of different coffee beans...these things smell incredible when roasted.
I think I'm becoming a coffee addict, had like 4 yesterday.This is your life and it's ending one minute at a time.
