6 Weeks Out Need Dieting advice!
im 6 weeks out and my diet consistis of 250-270 grams of protein/ 200 grams of carbs im 5'6.25 and weigh 160 im weighin in for the 154.25 lightweight division here is my daily meal plan.
Breakfast:
2 scoops Nitro-Tech protein
Lean Body Protein Bar
TBS Peanut Butter
Snack:
TBS Peanut Butter
Apple/Banana
Lunch:
6 oz Tuna w 3 tbs Ketchup
2 Scoops Nitro-Tech Protein
Snack:
TBS Peanut Butter
Apple/Banana
Dinner:
6 oz Tuna w 3 tbs Ketchup or 8 oz grilled Chicken w Ketchup
2 Scoops Nitro-Tech Protein
Snack:
TBS Peanut Butter
Baked Potato
Does this all look good for 6 weeks out or should i start cutting down on protein and carbs all together? this is my first show i have no idea what im doing hahahah

Diet looks good, and if its been working dont change it! just wondering how do u space your snacks out? like the p.butter+banana combo?

i dont know what u mean by how do i space it out i just eat a TBS peanut butter seperate then a banana, sometimes i put tbs PB on a baked potato or apple tho, sounds gross with the potato but i love it haha, thx bro

oh, ok. I personaly have never tried snacking with food in-between my meals, id normally just have the carbs/protien/fats from them snacks spread out over in ur main meals, but its worked for you, 6weeks to go, keep the ball rollin and dont change anything unless you find u have come to a stickin point, u cant do more then loose 1-2lbs of fat of week regardless of how you choose to diet.

Not sure where you are with your physique and goals, but I'd cut the apples and ketchup... fructose isn't exactly a bodybuilder's friend. If you're on track and your bf is in line, then keep them. Just my $0.02.

I know the protein bar probably tastes good, but you may want to swap it for a regular food protein source eventually.
