    keto breakfast meats?

    I work at an ihop, and wondering if I should set any limits to any sausage, bacon, or ham I can eat? I will end up making mini meals out of them(im a waiter- I can't actually eat meals, maybe down a shake though, get some sausage, ham, whatever)
    i was figuring i should be fine as long as i get enough water to match up to the sodium intake

    any help appreciated

    silly question, but why watch out for sodium?

    just in general, i don't consume HEAPS of it but would like to know the effects of to much?

    just more water retention? not good for general health in the long run?

    ..hmmm maybe an after effect of the fact we have both been very fat , maybe old fat cells refilling with water or something.......

    i hardly know anyone that gets water retention as bad as i get from sodium

    I get "Jenny O's Low Fat Turkey Bacon". If you want to eat tons of bacon without worrying about TOOOOOOO much fat the stats break down like this.

    1 slice = .5g fat, 0carbs, 3g protein. I currently eat 39 slices a day
