I work at an ihop, and wondering if I should set any limits to any sausage, bacon, or ham I can eat? I will end up making mini meals out of them(im a waiter- I can't actually eat meals, maybe down a shake though, get some sausage, ham, whatever)
i was figuring i should be fine as long as i get enough water to match up to the sodium intake
any help appreciated

just make sure any small goods u eat doesnt have a huge amount of sodium/ hidden sugars / nitrates
