I was just wondering what the exact purpose was of BCAAs during a cut. Does it actually aid somewhat with fatloss or is it just mainly to help reduce the amount of muscle lost? Thanks for your help!

Relative to activity of bodybuilding, the actions of anabolic/androgenic steroids include:
1: Factoring the level of male hormone in blood, especially testosterone.
2: Increasing nitrogen balance via increasing the action of RNA to synthesize protein at the ribo****l level.
3: Mitigating cortisol-like activity and, as a consequence, factoring the rate and amount of muscle catabolism relative to proportionate exerciseI am NOT the great kornholio. I do NOT need any tp for my bunghole.

Still makes no sense. BCAA's are amino acids with side chains instead of linear ones. Combined they make up the majority of the amino acid content in skeletal muscles.
The reason they are beneficial in a cut is the fact that they cause an insulin stimulation without the presense of carbs. Think low/no calorie insulin spike. This is where you feel the energy boost. Not to mention the increased protein synthesis caused by the leucine."Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat."
