I just mix mine with water (combined with my pre-workout malto & whey). I really haven't noticed a high degree of water retention . . . weight certainly did not seem to spike at all since I started adding the creatine. I do think that my muscles feel "fuller" because of it. Maybe it's all in my head, but I'm going to keep using it and see how it goes.

I'll also be starting it soon. I definitely retained water when I took No-Xplode back in the day but alot of people have positive things to say about the GreenMag creatine in terms of less than normal water retention. Can a potassium supplement be taken to try and lose any excess water brought on by the creatine?
